Why do you charge $10 at first and then charge $25 in a separate transaction at a later time?
It’s simple, we want you to like what you are getting from us before you commit to it, and we want to make money by truly earning it. By charging $10 to design your logo, you can ‘try before you buy’ -- this simply pays for part of the designer's time. It also gives our designers extra motivation to create something you will like because they want you to order the whole thing!
With the $10 design fee, we deliver a watermarked version of your logo, and once you pay the extra $25, we deliver the full working version to you, that you can use in any way you want.
How do I know your site is safe and not a scam?
We only use PayPal as our payment processing system. They are the largest and arguably the most well-reputed payment processing company on the internet. They have mechanisms in place for buyers to file disputes if they do not receive what they pay for. If we ripped people off, we would not last long…and would probably be in jail right now!

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to use a crdit card via their payment interface. Simply click the the PayPal 'Pay Now' button on our Order page.
What is your refund policy?
Since we implement the ‘try before you buy’ pricing structure, we do not offer refunds. However if you spend the $10 and don’t like the logo we create, you are under no obligation to purchase it for $25. One exception, is that if we don't deliver your initial logo within 3 business days, then you have the option of getting a complete refund instead of getting your logo made.
I just placed an order...how do I take the survey to tell you how to design my logo?
A confirmation email will be sent to your PayPal email address immediately after you place an order. You can find the link to take our survey in that email.
How come the PayPal payment is sent to 'Creative Endeavors Ltd.'? That is our parent company. Don't worry, you are sending money to us!

How are the logos delivered? What file formats are they delivered in?
Once your logo is complete and ready for download, we will email you the files or a link to download your files. The $10 logos are delivered in a watermarked low-resolution .jpeg files. The $25 final logo is delivered in web-ready .jpeg, .gif, .png and Photoshop .psd files, as well as high resolution print-ready .tiff and .eps or 300dpi Photoshop .psd file. The .png, .eps and .psd files are layered (so you can change the size/colors easily) and have transparent backgrounds. They are delivered in the .zip file format.
How many revisions do I get?
You get the initial design and one revision for $10. When you pay the $25, you can receive one more revision before final delivery. So a total of 2 revisions (although we are usually flexible and willing to accommodate most minor changes after that).
Who "owns" the logo? You own the logo 100% once you pay the $25 for delivery. In otherwords, at this point you own the intellectual proprty and have the ability to trademark the logo (for more info regarding the ownership of intellectual property and how to file a trademark with the govt., please see The United States Patent and Trademark Office's webpage.)
When we design your logo for $10 and provide you a sample of it, we still own the artwork and you have no right to use it. You have to purchase the $25 delivery to own it and then you may use it any way you want to!

Because we sell logo's at such a low price, we realize people can resell what we do at a higher price. We benefit because you deliver a customer we probably would not have gotten before
and you benefit by making a profit on the deal. There is no special process or signup for this. Please see our Affiliate Page for info on how the process works.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for the third-party you are selling to. You are our client and any dealings you have outside of our comittment to you is your responsibility to fulfill.
