We own all of the content we create for a client, until 'final delivery' is purchased, upon which point ownership is transferred to client. By engaging our services, the client authorizes us, in perpetuity, to display any content we create for reasonable promotional purposes. All the information a client provides to us will NEVER be sold to any third party. It is your responsibility to make sure that the email addresses (payment and contact) provided can receive emails from LogoBanana.com. Our three day delivery refund policy applies only to the initial 'design' order. We work with all deliberate haste for all other revisions and deliveries, but due to varying requests by our clients, we cannot create an absolute delivery timeframe. LogoBanana is not responsible for, nor associated with, any illegal/unlawful activity our clients may be engaged in, and our services may be terminated and/or transactions voided upon knowledge of such activity.
